PDNMZ CD Shoppe Presents:
The Asian Karaoke Idol Invitational 4 Show
It's the show that other organizations weren't able to put on, but PDNMZ CD Shoppe wants to present to the world: an Asian karaoke competition known not by any other name than "PDNMZ CD Shoppe Presents: TAKII 4 Show"!! Entrants will compete in 3 fierce rounds of vocal & talent-related dueling, with all songs being in an Asian language,
consisting of the following:

  • Round 1: Personal Pleasure
  • The song of choice must originate from an Anime series, game, or Asian Music & be in an Asian language.
  • Round 2: Judge's Choice
  • Each judge will randomly pick a contestant & choose a special song for them to sing.
  • Round 3: Dancing Duos
  • Each contestant will dance with a TAKII-provided partner to a random song the audience will choose.

There will be 3 very special judges, all experts in their fields, judging the course of the entire competition & adding their own brand of "constructive criticism" to the mix. Scores will be based on a combination of a judge's disgression & audience support/applause. Each round, someone gets eliminated; all eliminations are final!

To properly register for the show, you will 1st have to register by going to the"Registration" section of the TAKII website (where any possible fees are also listed). You can also register at the TAKII event, but you will not be guaranteed a slot to compete for sure, plus you won't have an advantage of practicing before-hand like the pre-registrants.

You must have the karaoke version to any song you choose to sing; no singing against vocals! If you need any help in locating a song, finding lyrics, or purchasing a CD here from the Shoppe that would have your song on it, then email me, D-chan, at: takii_events@cd-shoppe.pdnmz.com (with the appropriate subject headline). As an added precaution, please burn all of your competition songs on CD & bring them with you to the show, unless told to do so otherwise. (A keyboard will also be on hand, so feel free to bring sheetmusic with you, or play from memory, as you sing). If you sign up for the show at the actual TAKII event, then you will be subject to the songs available at the event, at a judge's disgression, unless you come prepared.

The winner of the show will receive some awesome gifts, plus will perform with me, D-chan, a special duet song, in addition to obtaining the title of "PDNMZ CD Shoppe: Asian Karaoke Invitational 4" Show champion!
