are quite a few things you will want to
register for before-hand (such as cosplay contests, dealers tables,
exhibitionist space, etc.).

means that you have read &
understood the "Rules & Regulations" for
that given function, or have viewed the information available for it
elsewhere on the official site (ie: the "Events" page).Accepted methods of payment are mail-in (check, money order, cash, etc.), or online (PayPal, or using a credit card processed via PayPal).
